Emidio Amadebai
General Manager, Mozambique & Angola
Emidio is the General Manager for Raxio in Mozambique & Angola. He successfully led the construction and implementation of Raxio’s largest and most advanced Tier III Data Centre in Mozambique. As part of his current remit, Emidio is overseeing the construction and delivery of Raxio’s Angola DC, which is expected to be completed later this year, while also scaling up key business operations in both countries.
Before joining Raxio, Emidio worked in the energy sector for four years as Managing Director of ENGIE and spent eight-plus years working on IT & Telecom projects. His overall background and experience span management, service delivery and commercial roles in the IT, Telecoms and Renewable Energy industries.
Artur Vilanculo
VP Technology & Operations
Artur is the VP Technology & Operations and is responsible for all the operational activities. Before joining Raxio, Artur worked in the Telecom sector; at Telecommunications of Mozambique Company and later at Vodacom Mozambique, with the responsibility of ensuring the operational and availability of all access network base stations and the Data centers. He brings 15 years of experience in the Data Centre operations management. Artur holds a Certificate of Data Centre Professional certified by Exin Institute.

As Vice President Sales & Marketing, Julio will lead the sales and marketing strategy and execution for Mozambique & Angola. He worked over 15 years in the IT industry and held managerial and senior executive roles in the last 6 years at Business Connection Mozambique (BCX), where he managed both operations and customer relationships including SLAs.
